Unable to start a DCOM Server: App as Unavailable/Unavailable. Errors in event viewer that I'm getting in the following chronological I done a complete W10 reinstall of 10166 and weather worked for a few hours then won't open, goes to the store to reinstall and then fails. Weather stopped working since about 10130.
